Frutti di mare is an unpublished game designed and developed by myself and sold to Vanguard games, Amsterdam.
In the game the player (aged 6-12) can build their own fish, and find elements to add to it, like bigger tails, fins etc. The various elements help you evolve your creature in different environments and minigames. The whole sea where the fish swim is a big online multiplayer environment where players can chat and exchange body elements.

I tried to create a field of flickering lights, all of them out of sync, but also with a slightly different rhythm. It’s interesting that with fewer lights the patterns become much more interesting. Also, the square versions are less interesting in animation, but more interesting as still pictures.. anyway, check it out ‘live’ here:
